Athadu the Game Changer

some people rather like to be quiet and better left alone
we all know that pavan fits this description. More or less Mahesh fits it too. added to that he was not really impressive with long dialogues or intense.emotional dialogues. whereas with atadu mahesh babu started being in the role more naturally. he speaks the least. but, his silent looks started compensating for what a lengthy high pitched dialogue with nasal flaring etc...could convey! though the dialogues were short they carried weight! The main point is that
there are no heavy/intense/emotional dialogues with the villain
this is the movie with which mahesh started building his overseas market!
Pokiri was the next level: some punch dialogues with humor/comedy etc...but, no lengthy heavy dialogues with the villain as it happens in regular formula movies!
Dookudu is the next level to Pokiri where Mahesh is more active but still heavy dailogues(with goons, villains) that are short in length though more frequent. dookudu was a hit for those comedy/humor scenes not those short bullying dialogues with the goons.
Now Mahesh is trying the next level with business man
Mumbai ni uchcha poyistaa....intense/heavy bullying of the villains with words which is not his natural genre for mahesh let us see what happens!

Mahesh Babu, the next mega star - why?

why mahesh babu could be the next megastar?
becos, dookudu was a hit?
Nah, i am talking based on the track record...
let us start with competitor Jr NTR : The problem is that he always acted in 100% mass movies in the starting. now people are kind of fed-up with such formula movies...unfortunately its really hard for Jr to change his style all of a sudden. oosaravelli is such a one and we know what happened with the movie! so jr can survive only with mass movies unless he proves otherwise with a success in other genre. until then his fans need not think that he ll be a megastar ...becos megastar does all the genres not just one...

Pavan kalayan is the strongest contender...but he is lost with the tamil directors and is doing movies which are neither telugu nor tamil...but a torture to his fans ( I am also a fan of Pavan Kalyan). it is unfortunate to see the only actor who crossed even chiranjeevi at certain point(Khusi)...undoing like this!

Ramcharan: he is still like a little boy, after Orange he took too long to feel normal. he should be able to take things as they are and should be able to make more movies then we can get an assesment of him than with these 3 movies!

Prabhas: where is the chatrapati , ok he is doing nice with darling mr.perfect...but, he needs a blockbuster like chatrapati and has to do more movies!

Mahesh: The good thing about mahesh is he has done various genres Nani ( science fiction), takkari donga- cow boy, athidi- psychological thriller(?)Khaleja- divine & fiction, nijam-middle class boy goes on even murari is also very diff genre. he is the only hero who tried max genres. he took risk. people who take risk they deserve the nr 1 thats a good dailogue but heroes like mahesh they entertain more and bore less. because their movies are not routine or complete formula...so the cine-goer need not see the same shit again...kinda! mahesh now has the freedom to do the genre that is trendy... added to all this he is going strong on comedy part. comedy is the toughest thing for a hero to do especially for a mass/action hero...
if a mass hero can do comedy he will be the king at box-office.
Pokiri proved the mass appealing hero in Mahesh who also has a strong family following and and with flicks like dookudu he proved his mettle with comedy!
above all he is handsome
if not mahesh who could be the next megastar?
